We’ve made it our policy to find the very best deals available from a range of great suppliers and sources. This lets us find gorgeous high-end items at vastly reduced prices – which equals amazing savings we can then pass on to you!

What form of payment do you accept?
TitaniumEyewear.com accepts only PayPal and Check payment options.
How do you ensure that my personal and payment information is safe?
TitaniumEyewear.com uses a secure server and transmits all sensitive/credit information via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology before that data is then encrypted into our payment gateway database. We do not store any of your private/payment information on our servers after your transaction has been completed.

Where do we ship?
At this point, we only ship within the United States but we can ship outside United State for a predetermined shipping cost. Please contact us for shipping charges outside United State.
Damage products/ defective items/ wrong items sent
We do our best to ensure the product you ordered arrives perfectly but in the rare instance that is not the case we will gladly do what we can to ensure you are satisfied.
If any of your orders arrive damaged, broken/defective or are the wrong item(s), titaniumeyewear will be pleased to process a credit on your account once you have followed the guidelines below:
– You must contact our customer care team at titaniumeyear.com to report the problem within 7 days of receiving your frame.
Please note that final decisions on returns are subject to titaniumeyewear discretion, Postage is not refundable.
Change shipping address
If you want to modify the shipping address after your order has been paid please email our Customer Service and you will receive a revert if your order has not been already shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free shipping for order $499
What are your shipping charges?
The charge will be $7.95 for orders of up to 12 frames. Orders over $500.00 (13 or more frames) qualify for FREE shipping in the USA.
How long will it take to receive my order?
At titaniumeyewear.com, the standard shipping rate listed will be used for all frames unless other shipping options are requested. TitaniumEyewear.com will send frames out same day if in stock until 3pm EST. We make it our priority to go above and beyond for our customers, and we know how important it is for you to receive your items as quickly as possible.
Most orders that are placed between Mondays and Fridays will be shipped within 24hours. All orders placed on weekend or US holidays will be shipped the next business day.
